Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Qaseeda piece. If something isn't right, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

• Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
• Items that are worn, washed, altered, damaged by the customer, or returned without tags cannot be accepted.

How to start a return or exchange

• Sign in to your account, open My Orders, and tap Request Return / Exchange; or
• Email us at hello@qaseeda.ca with your order number and reason.
• We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping

Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as Qaseeda cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the new piece differs in price, we'll charge or refund the difference. If your preferred size is unavailable, we'll offer a refund instead.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact hello@qaseeda.ca within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — including any return shipping — at no cost to you.

Privacy Policy

Qaseeda respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, email, phone number, and shipping and billing address.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
• Account: if you create an account, we store your contact and order history so you can track and manage orders.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your full card number is entered directly with Stripe and is never seen or stored by Qaseeda.

How we use your information

• To process, fulfil and deliver your orders.
• To communicate with you about your order or enquiry.
• To send occasional updates and offers — only if you've subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We share only what's necessary to run the store: shipping carriers (to deliver your order), Stripe (to process payment), and our secure database provider (Supabase) to store order and account data. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Security & your rights

Your data is stored securely and kept only as long as needed to fulfil orders and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@qaseeda.ca.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed to keep your shopping bag and session working. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Terms of Service

By placing an order with Qaseeda, you agree to the following terms.

Products & pricing

• All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Any applicable shipping and taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Our pieces are hand-embroidered and made to order. Because each is crafted by hand, slight variations in colour, motif and finish are natural and part of their charm.
• We make every effort to display colours accurately, but actual colours may vary slightly by screen.

Orders & dispatch

• Orders are typically dispatched within 7–10 business days, then shipped across Canada.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example in the case of a pricing error or unavailability — and will refund you in full if we do.

Shipping

We ship across Canada. Shipping is a flat $14.99, and free on orders over $150. Delivery times may vary with the carrier.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Qaseeda operates. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
